By accessing and using the Simpluri Apps portal and its suite of tools (including Tripify and GIF-Off), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Services

Simpluri Apps provides free utilities to simplify digital tasks. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data processed through our applications (such as geographical coordinates or converted files). Users are entirely responsible for verifying the outputs generated by our tools.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Simpluri Apps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Simpluri Apps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, including but not limited to, reliance by a user on any information obtained from Simpluri Apps.
